FR019 FR019 is a gel used to fill or flood flame retardant cables. This product is loaded with a flame retardant additive that can be cold pumped to the point of application without any assistance from a heated platen or heated hose. The product stays where it is applied and used in fiber optic, energy, and hybrid cables
FR025 FR025 is a flame retardant gel that has a slightly lower density. This allows a flame retardant solution, higher dielectric constant, and at the same time reduces the cost per kilometer of cable. This product is used in fiber optic, energy, and hybrid cables and can be cold pumped
FR027 FR027 is a flame retardant gel for filling and/or flooding power, optical, and hybrid cables. This particular flame retardant product provides added benefit against migration or “leaching” into polyethylene jackets as it is produced with a synthetic base, lower viscosity, and can be cold pumped

LA4000HX LA4000HX is a high temperature gel that utilizes a hydrogen scavenging component within the LA4000 base gel. Hydrogen absorption can be managed for any degree of exposure to free hydrogen
LA6000 LA6000 is a thixotropic high temperature gel suitable for filling and/or flooding of optical fiber and energy cables. This gel primarily used in metal tubes and tubes manufactured with polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)

Hydrogen Scavenging

K660HX K660HX is the K660 product with a hydrogen scavenging component. This gel provides the ability to support larger tube diameters, both metal tubes and polymer tubes. This gel is primarily used in cable types such as submarine, downhole, and OPGW
LA1000HX LA1000HX is the LA1000 base gel utilizing a hydrogen scavenger component. The manufacture of Fiber in Metal Tube (FIMT) can create hydrogen that can in turn permeate some fiber optics. The scavenger will absorb that hydrogen both during processing as well as hydrogen after deployment
LA4000HX LA4000HX is a high temperature gel that utilizes a hydrogen scavenging component within the LA4000 base gel. Hydrogen absorption can be managed for any degree of exposure to free hydrogen
LA730HX LA730HX is a thixotropic hydrogen scavenging compound derived from LA730. It can be developed to manage any level of free hydrogen that may be result from processing and/or deployment

LAHX50 LAHX50 is a thixotropic hydrogen scavenging compound suitable for filling and/or flooding optical fiber cables used in harsh environments, including OPGW, Submarine, and Downhole applications. Its cold temperature effectiveness has been qualified at -50°C
LAHX50HY LAHX50HY is a derivation of LAHX50, but it has a much higher yield stress characteristic. This is sometimes needed for better drip performance in the less fiber dense metal tubes where more gel is present
LAHX60 LAHX60 is a thixotropic hydrogen scavenging compound suitable for filling and/or flooding optical fiber cables used in harsh environments, including OPGW, Submarine, and Downhole applications. Its cold temperature effectiveness has been qualified at -60°C
LAHX60L LAHX60L is a derivation of LAHX60, but with a lower capacity to assist in some special processing requirements. All attributes of the LAHX60 product continue to exist
