Info-gel's new Flame DefenderTM FR27 material has been designed to withstand flames and self-extinguish quickly. With a viscosity of around 28,000 mPas, the material is still pumpable and acts as a good water barrier in the cable. You can see the results in the video below compared to a standard gel!
